PART A: HOW TO ORDER
1) Select the dress, size, colour & quantity. Minimum order quantity is 1 PC per order.
NOTE: The more quantity you purchase, the more you can save on shipping fee.
2) Email to us at fashionbeautydress@yahoo.com . Please remember to inform us the following details in your email. Otherwise, we will not be able to proceed your order.
a) Your Name
b) Address
c) Mobile number.
IF the order is NOT shipped to you, please include the following.
a) Your Name, Address & Mobile Number
b) Shipped to: Name, Address & Mobile Number
3) We will check the quantity available and reply your email with the TOTAL payment.
NOTE 1: Total Payment = Total Price of Dress + Shipping Fee + Import Taxes (IF Applicable)
NOTE 2: IF using Paypal payment method, Total Payment will include the 3.9% transaction fees incurred from Paypal Terms & Condition.
4) Please check if the quantity, size & colour of your order is correct and reply email to us.
5) After we received your reply email confirming that all the quantity, size & colour is correct, we will send "Order Confirmation" email to you with our Bank Details.
NOTE: Please DO NOT MAKE Payment IF you do not receive "Order Confirmation" email from us.
6) As the quantity of dresses changed everyday at factory, after "Order Confirmation" email is sent by FashionBeautyDress, please make payment within 48 hours so that your order can be secured.
IMPORTANT:
a) Please email to us the Bank Slip after you have made the payment.
b) Any buyers who fail to make payment after order is confirmed, we will not accept any orders from this buyer in the future.
7) After we confirmed that we have received your payment, we will inform factory to prepare your order. It takes 1 to 2 days to prepare your order IF all dresses are available.
8) IF there is any dress which is out of stock, we will email to you. You can EITHER choose a different item to exchange the "out of stock" item OR keep the balance for next order.
9) ALL Order will be sent out directly from Taiwan.
10) When factory has sent out your order, we will email the "Shipment Tracking Number" to you.
11) Please kindly refer to "PART D" about the Estimated Delivery Date you can receive your order.
12) After you have received your order, please send an email "Order Received" to us.
13) When the Estimated Delivery Date has passed & we do not received email from you within 5 days, your order will be considered completed.
